Refund policy

We want you to live with the lamp before you decide.

THE 30-NIGHT HOME TRIAL
You have thirty (30) nights from the day your lamp arrives to decide whether to keep it. If it is not for you, we will refund you fully.

HOW TO RETURN
Email hello@maisongloam.com. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within one business day. Pack the lamp in its original carton and cushioning, drop it at any USPS or FedEx location.

CONDITIONS
- The lamp must be returned in its original packaging.
- The lamp must be in working condition, free of cosmetic damage caused by use.
- Normal traces of use (light fingerprints, minor dust) do not affect your right to a refund.

REFUND TIMELINE
Once we receive the lamp at our facility, we process refunds within five (5) business days. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, the funds may take three to ten additional days to appear.

SHIPPING COSTS
Returns are free within the United States. We cover the return shipping label.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE LAMP
If your lamp arrives damaged or develops a defect within the warranty period, email hello@maisongloam.com with photos. We will replace the lamp at no cost or refund you fully — your choice.

WARRANTY
- Battery and electronics: one (1) year from the date of delivery.
- LED light source: two (2) years from the date of delivery.
- Stone, shade, and cosmetic parts: covered against manufacturing defects only, not against normal wear or accidental damage.
