ABOUT MAISON GLOAM
Maison Gloam designs and sells one object at a time. The current product is a cordless travertine table lamp, shipped from our partner facility to addresses across the United States.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
- All prices are in US dollars (USD).
- Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, and PayPal.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for reasons of suspected fraud, stock limitations, or pricing errors.

SHIPPING

RETURNS
See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: 30-night home trial, full refund within 30 days.

WARRANTY
One (1) year on battery and electronics, two (2) years on LED. Cosmetic parts (stone, shade) are covered against manufacturing defects only.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — images, copy, product designs, brand identity — is the property of Maison Gloam or its partners. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercialize any of it without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Maison Gloam is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Maison Gloam is registered. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
