WHERE WE SHIP
Across the United States only.

WHEN YOU'LL RECEIVE IT
Your lamp ships in 2–3 weeks from the date your order is confirmed.

WHY THE WAIT
We work with one maker, in small batches. No overstock, no warehouse turnover. Your lamp travels carefully from our partner facility to your address.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free, no minimum order.

TRACKING
Once your lamp ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package until delivery.

PACKAGING
Each lamp ships in a fitted carton with cushioning, marked Fragile and Keep Dry.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, do not refuse delivery. Accept the package, take photos of the carton and the damage, and email hello@maisongloam.com within seven (7) days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.

LOST PACKAGES
If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, email hello@maisongloam.com within seven (7) days. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

ADDRESS CHANGES
If you entered the wrong address, email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, the order may already be in production and we cannot guarantee changes.

SALES TAX
Applicable US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
